Natalie Cassidy first appeared on our screens as a child playing the part of Sonia Jackson in the BBC1 soap Eastenders.
She played this part for many years, progressing as a character and getting some amazing storylines including her onscreen boyfriend ( Jamie ) dying after being hit by Martin Fowler who was driving the car. She then went on to get pregnant and have a baby girl who was given up for adoption and then married Martin Fowler,following that with a lesbian affair with her mate.
And thats just to mention a few episodes!

Natalie has recently been in national newspapers and glossy magazines which have been reporting her dramatic weightloss!
She is now a svelt size 8-10 after years of yo-yo dieting and being unhappy with her size,she can finally be comfortable in her skin.
She has also had a boob job to increase her bust size.

After admitting she has tried every diet going,including the cabbage soup,maple syrup and fingernail bite diet, she has managed to lose the weight by a healthy eating, exercise and alot of determination. She is looking brilliant and ever the celebrity!

She has also released an exercise dvd, ' Then and now workout ' which has been a massive hit and has sold out in some shops.
To help other women get in shape the same way she did, by sharing the exercises she uses but by adapting them for people to use at home.
